The birds, flowers and vines on the burgundy Gaia Vermillion wallpaper (House of Hackney collection) give the room a unique fiery glow. This luxury residence is located on the second floor of the guest house just next to the small lounge where you can enjoy a tea in peace. You enjoy it eand a wide view of the restored Art-Deco church of Saint Roch and the fully landscaped backyard of Villa Servais. This room has a spacious king-size 5 * bed with quality bed linen and a separate toilet. The bathroom is luxuriously furnished with a bath, shower and stylish taps. Joseph Servais was born in Halle in 1850 as the youngest son of Adrien Francois and Sophie. He grew up in a musical family and came into contact with numerous artists, musicians and poets who were at home with the Servais family. Like his father, he became a leading cello virtuoso and performed all over Europe. at 21ste he became a popular cello teacher at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Joseph died at Villa Servais in 1885.
